ChefNStaff Inc. began in 1999 as a hospitality staffing service. The work put us inside real operations — hotels, conference facilities, entertainment venues, restaurants and corporate environments where service, labor, cost and execution all meet at once.
More than 25 years of adapting without losing the standard.
Our history includes work associated with the Birmingham-Jefferson Convention Complex arena, the former Oak Mountain Amphitheatre in Pelham, Parisian’s Birmingham operations, Chick-fil-A, McDonald’s and other hospitality organizations.
Over time, ChefNStaff expanded beyond staffing into training, certification and practical operator education. ServSafe training and certification has taken our work from Miami, Florida to Los Angeles, California.
Today, EquiChef is the parent company carrying that experience forward through ChefNStaff, speaking, professional development, food-safety education, consulting and Ashley 2.0.
