Shipping Policy
At EquiChef, we work hard to ship quickly, communicate clearly, and make delivery as easy as possible. This page explains when orders ship, how free shipping works, which carriers we may use, and what to do if your package is delayed, damaged, or lost in transit.

Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on orders of $49 or more within the contiguous United States. Orders below $49 are charged a flat standard shipping rate at checkout.
Processing Time
Most orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. During major promotions, holiday periods, or higher-volume sales periods, processing may take slightly longer, but we always work to ship as quickly as possible.
Estimated Delivery Time
After your order ships, standard delivery typically takes 2 to 5 business days within the contiguous United States. Delivery windows can vary based on destination, carrier volume, weather, and seasonal demand.
Carriers
EquiChef ships with trusted national carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Carrier selection may vary based on order size, destination, and the most reliable fulfillment option available at the time your order is packed.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, tracking information is sent by email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear after the label is created.
Lost, Delayed, or Missing Packages
If your tracking shows unusual delays, no movement for more than 7 business days, or a package marked as delivered that you still cannot locate, contact EquiChef as soon as possible. We will help investigate the shipment, work with the carrier, and determine the best resolution.
If a package is confirmed lost in transit, EquiChef will either send a replacement or issue a refund, depending on product availability and your preference.
If a package is marked as delivered but missing, please first check around the delivery area, with household members, barn staff, office personnel, or neighbors. If it still cannot be found, contact us and we will help guide the next steps.
Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery and include clear photos of both the product and the packaging. We will review the issue quickly and make it right.

Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order. EquiChef is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses entered at checkout.
