Returns & Refund Policy

EquiChef stands behind the quality of every order. If something is wrong, we want to make it right quickly and fairly. This page explains which items can be returned, when refunds are issued, and how to report damaged or incorrect orders.

Please contact EquiChef within 14 days of delivery if you need return authorization, and within 5 days of delivery for any damaged or incorrect shipment.

How to Start a Return

Step 1: Contact EquiChef through the Contact page and include your order number.
Step 2: Tell us what you would like returned and why.
Step 3: If your return is approved, follow the return instructions we send you.

Eligible Returns

Unused, unopened items in original condition may be returned within 14 days of delivery unless the item is marked as final sale or otherwise non-returnable.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened ingestible products, supplements, or hydration mixes.
  • Products that have been used, damaged after delivery, or returned without original packaging where applicable.
  • Any item marked final sale, clearance, or non-returnable at the time of purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact EquiChef within 5 days of delivery and include clear photos of the item and packaging. If the issue is confirmed, we will replace the product or refund the affected item at our discretion.

Refund Timing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the return is received and inspected. Depending on your financial institution, it may take several business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to customer preference, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, EquiChef will cover the cost of the approved resolution.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet been processed or shipped. If you need to request a cancellation, contact us immediately and we will do our best to help.
